Kari's Mango Fizz
 
I mixed up this drink at Sugar Magnolia while I had mango puree available.  Kari was one of my regulars who enjoyed mango, so I mixed this up and named it after her.  It's easy to make and very refreshing!

Ingredients
 
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Mango Puree
Soda Water or Sprite to top
 
Method
 
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka and mango puree.  Shake until blended and chilled.  Pour contents into a large glass (can be a hi-ball glass) and fill glass with ice, then top with soda water and mix with a straw or bar spoon.  Sprite can be used (instead of soda water) for a sweeter drink.
